Ginzo is the nickname of a 59-year old, self-employed computer training consultant. He is of Sicilian descent and very proud of it (note the Sicilian Coat of Arms and Sicilian Flag at the top of the page). He very much believes in respect and honor and tends to treat people the way they treat him. He is owner/pilot of a Grumman Yankee (AA1C) single engine aircraft. He loves Star Trek (Klingons are his favorite aliens) and collects Tinkerbell paraphernalia (don't ask why1).
OK, so why does he have a web site? Because he wanted one. The site will be used by he and his family to share news about the family with remote friends and family members. His step-kids will create and post web pages allowing them to learn and use the latest technologies enabling them to be ready for the real world when they get out of school. (It's really so they can get a job and move out of the house when they graduate!). He will also use the site to experiment with and test varying Web features for use in his businesses.
So, What's with the flags/symbols at the top of the page? The flags and symbols represent things that are important to Ginzo or places/things he loves or likes. Can YOU name what they represent?
What about that scrolling marquee thing with those sayings? (It only scrolls if you are using Internet Explorer. In Netscape it look like a paragraph) These are "words of wisdom" or Ginzo-isms that he believes in and tries to live by. Many are "borrowed" from other sources, but there are a few "Ginzo Originals" in there.
How did you get the cursors to change on every page? The Comet Cursor site has FREE cursors you can add to your web sites.
